: Description

This service allows submitting a request for approval for treatment in the hospital by submitting medical reports online without the need to come to the treatment eligibility center. The attached reports will be sent directly to the medical committee for study, and then inform the patient of the approval result through SMS messages.

: How to use this service

After filling out the medical report form
Fill the required fields
Attach the medical report and national ID
Click on the Submit button
After verifying the validity of the data, the request is sent to the Eligibility for Treatment Department for processing
The patient will be notified with either acceptance or Rejection by an SMS message
