Virtual Saudi Ophthalmology Symposium 2021 has been launched today, which is organized by the Saudi Ophthalmological Society, King Khalid Eye Specialist Hospital and the Department of Ophthalmology at King Saud University, College of Medicine. The symposium will be held for three days.
The symposium sheds light on the latest developments in ophthalmology in the areas of Cataract, Cornea, Refractive Surgery, Glaucoma, Optometry, Pediatric Ophthalmology, Prevention of Blindness, and Retina.
The meeting includes (40) scientific sessions, (170) scientific papers and (75) scientific posters. with the participation of a large number of ophthalmologists, optometrists and specialists, 25 international ophthalmology speakers, in addition to (153) international speakers from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Arab countries.
The symposium was certified by twenty-four hours from the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties.
